Movement on concussion bills: correction

A sharp-eyed reader pointed out to SportsLetter that according to the California State Assembly Democratic Caucus website, Texas also has a law "requiring every high school coach to be trained in basic safety and emergency procedures, with special emphasis on concussions and second-impact syndrome."
