A North Carolina state lawmaker doesn't like what he sees when he looks at test results coming out of the state's schools. As a result, Senator Charlie Albertson has proposed state Senate Bill 377, which "would bar interscholastic athletics at schools where more than half of the students score below the 50th percentile on end-of-grade or end-of-course tests for at least two straight years."
